About Sonya Williams

Sonya Michelle Williams was born on December 2, 1971 in New Rochelle, NY. Her parents are Lewis and Sheila Williams. She has two siblings an older brother Lewis Darnell Williams (Sonny) and a younger sister Shana Danielle Williams. Sonya grew up in the Bronx, a borough in New York City. She attended elementary school there and middle and high school in New Rochelle, NY. She graduated from New Rochelle High School in June of 1989, and from there attended Hunter College and Lehman College. At the time of her death she was due to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Lehman College.

Sonya had lived a full life. At a young age she was involved in many activities from bowling to karate and modeling. She traveled often when she could; she even made it to Japan before she died. She was very smart, ambitious and loved by many. Thank you for allowing me to introduce my sister "Sonya".
