Other incidents when people were killed or injured in a stampede at entertainment
events:
-Jan. 18, 1991: Three teens killed when the crowd at an "AC/DC" concert
rushes the stage in Salt Lake City.
-Aug. 2, 1988: Two people killed in the crush in front of the stage at
an all-day "HEAVY METAL" feastival, headlined by "IRON
MAIDEN", at the Donington Race Track in Leicester, England.
-Dec. 19, 1987: Two teen-age girls killed in a crush as the crowd exits
a "PUBLIC ENEMY" concert in Nashville.
-Dec. 3, 1979: 11 people
were killed in Cincinnati in a crush to get inside for a concert for "THE WHO".
